Careful packaging and shipping times
At AcesHigh, we understand the importance of your comic books arriving in pristine condition. All items are carefully wrapped in protective poly mailers and then securely packaged in high-quality shipping boxes. We process and ship all orders within 2 to 5 business days. Once your package is in the possession of USPS, arrival times depend solely on their delivery schedule. We ensure your comics are protected from our door to theirs.
Simple and transparent shipping costs
To make your shopping experience as straightforward as possible, we offer a flat-rate shipping fee. The shipping cost per total order will be $7.50, regardless of the number of items purchased. This ensures you know exactly what to expect at checkout, with no hidden fees for shipping your beloved comics.
Our policy on returns and exchanges
We pride ourselves on the accuracy of our listings and the quality of our products. Due to the collectible nature of our items, all sales are final. We do not accept cancellations, returns, or exchanges once an order has been placed. Please review your order carefully before confirming your purchase. What to do if your comic arrives damaged
While we take extreme care in packaging your comic books, damages can occasionally occur during transit. AcesHigh is not responsible for damages made by mail carriers. In such unfortunate events, we recommend that you make a claim directly with the mail carrier responsible for the delivery. Please retain all packaging and damaged items as proof for your claim.
